Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective.

  • Arrives incorrect.

  • Is significantly different from the product description.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Personal care products

  • Beauty and skincare products

  • Intimate apparel

  • Opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.
